CONTENTS

Students are required to familiarize themselves with software MATHEMATICA, for numerical computation on the following topics:

  1. Find real and imaginary parts of complex numbers.
  2. Calculate absolute value and argument, conjugates of complex numbers.
  3. Check analyticity of real functions.
  4. Check analyticity of complex functions, multivariate functions.
  5. Check whether a function has singularity or not?
  6. Check whether a function is meromorphic or not?
  7. Find poles of given functions.
  8. Calculate residues and Find sum of residues of given functions.
  9. Calculate real definite integral by contour integration.
