Title: Orientation Program for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students.       

Venue: Room 507

An Orientation program was organized by the Department of Mathematics for all the Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate students of the department on August 23, 2024. The program started with M.Sc. final year students sharing their experiences with first year students. They gave a presentation that shed light on the course. Detailed information regarding the faculty profile, Departmental Website, timetable, Location of the Department/Classes/Labs, Subject-wise course-Credits-PO-CO, Scheme of Examination (CA & SEE), and Library system (online access) was given by Dr. Surendra Kumar Agarwal, Head, department of Mathematics. Students learned and gained insight about the course and department from the departmental presentation. The B.Sc. Semester III students arranged a few enjoyable and educational events that the incoming students took part in and that will be useful in fostering positive relationships between seniors and juniors. A link to a feedback form, pertaining to departmental orientation programs was shared

with the students present.
