This course will enable the students to -
The student learns to plan a proposal, develop its methodology, implement the same under the guidance of a supervisor, derive conclusions and check their validity/deviation in results from the standard or expected outcomes and find out the courses of deviation if any. This component will help to create research aptitude in the students and help them to develop a scientific approach to solving problems related to physics.

CONTENTS
Students of semester VI are required to choose a topic from the any field of Mathematics for the Dissertation work and get it approved by the assigned supervisor of the department. They are required to prepare a report or write a review article on the selected topic. At the end of the semester, a report shall be submitted followed by presentation. The topic will be assigned to them in the beginning of the VI semester.
