India observes February 28 as National Science Day every year to mark the discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian Physicist Sir C.V. Raman. The Department of Science and Technology (DST) has been selecting themes for observing National Science Day every year. The theme that has been selected for this year is Science and Technology for Specially Abled Persons.

 

So in this series department of Mathematics, Physics and Statistics are organizing a Role Play Competition for B.Sc. students on 28th Feb. 2017 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00PM on the above mentioned theme at Srijan Hall. Number of participants in a team will be 5-8 and entries should be accepted till 20th February 2017. Time duration for role play will be 5 Min. to each group. Prize will be given to best role play.
